Hopefully not like last night

I couldn’t sleep until it was passed 3:30am last night which resulted in just over six hours of sleep.  I should start marking these bouts of insomnia on my calendar to see if there’s some kind of cycle.  It couldn’t have been caffeine.  Here’s hoping that tonight isn’t more of the same.

Lying awake is better than those couple of nights last week with the nightmares that woke me up.  Didn’t write down what those were about, so details are gone.

In unrelated news, my legs are tired from another day of mountain biking.  I can’t wait to go back to Briones or to a new location.
