Why Bother Naming It?

I’m not complaining because I don’t want to get really sick, but from Wednesday night to this morning my throat hurt.  Now, my nose is a tad runny, but I wouldn’t call it a cold.  I’ll also cough every 20 minutes or so.  As long as it’s now and not when I need to start my new job; yeah, I wish I had news regarding that, but we’re still waiting on some things.

I finally watched a full episode of the Japanese Iron Chef after all these years.  A challenger from Kobe took on Iron Chef Morimoto.  The ingredient of day was sea bass, and all the dishes made me want some really good Japanese food which I have not had in a long time.  I just wish it was all subtitled instead of the ridiculous dubbing for the guest judges, but that’s probably part of the appeal for some viewers.  Maybe I’ll check out the American version soon.  That’s the problem when I get sick; tv tends to become my friend when I should be reading the books that are sitting in my room wallowing in neglect.

Just discovered that Morimoto developed these three beers with Rogue Ales:

• Black Obi Soba

If I had a piggy bank, I’d break it right now and head to the appropriate retailer.
